At all of our offices we get involved with local and national fundraising throughout the year.
It is important for us to do our bit. Over the years we have supported a number of charities. With the latest charities of choice being Red Nose Day and MedEquip4Kids.
At all of our offices we get involved with local and national fundraising throughout the year. We hold a range of charity events so that every member of our team has the opportunity to take part.
On 17 May 2009 thousands of determined (or foolhardy) folk took to the streets of Manchester for the city’s annual 10k run. Here at the ICO, we had a number of people taking part to raise money for our worthy causes.
Our runners were training in their own way, getting ready for the big day. We had a sporting word-search. And we heard rumours of personal trainers, fitness boot camps, 10 mile runs and 100 sit-ups a day. Thankfully it wasn’t all super-human. With one person’s unusual fitness regime supported by a special diet of Fray Bentos and kebabs.
We helped to motivate all of our runners as they prepared for the run. Supreme athletes and kebab eaters alike.
