Our IT systems are vital to the operation of every aspect of the ICO. Delivering high quality services to all departments across all offices, we ensure the availability of a diverse range of systems and lead the planning and delivery of business development projects.
We are responsible for managing the IT service contract, which covers the secure and reliable provision of the complete IT environment and ensures that users receive the quality day-to-day support they require. We also continually look to develop and improve systems to maximise the effectiveness of the business operation. We must be able to react quickly and shape systems that meet the current and future needs of an ever-evolving organisation, whilst at the same time making sure that these new developments are implemented with minimum disruption.
