Enforcement
Dealing with both freedom of information and data protection, our Enforcement Team deals with a variety of cases.
We start by educating organisations on what their obligations are. And by letting individuals know what their access rights are. However, there are times when organisations don’t comply with the law - and our teams need to step in. We then investigate cases and go through a series of steps to resolve complaints before taking legal action if necessary.
What skills do we look for?
You will need to be a good communicator with investigative flair and the ability to analyse large volumes of information. With the confidence to work with a variety of teams, you will enjoy the satisfaction of helping people and resolving complaints.
