Operations Support
Providing quality support across a range of teams
We provide wide-ranging support to enable teams across the ICO to consistently achieve the highest of standards.
We work particularly closely with all Customer Service, Freedom of Information Casework and Data Protection Casework departments. We help to analyse and monitor performance and develop new and innovative ways of working. We also support and facilitate team and departmental meetings, and provide a range of administrative support services.
We are quite a small team, but we work very closely together. It is great to see the work we do being used to help the ICO continually improve and work more efficiently.

We are based in Wilmslow our team consists of Operations Support Managers, Officers and Assistants.
