Our approach involves reviewing the relevant policies and procedures of organisations and conducting on site visits to assess processes for following good practice.
What skills do we look for?
As you would expect from a quality focused audit team, we look for a good attention to detail, a thorough approach and excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills. The ability to translate legislation into practical application is a must and you should share our passion for ensuring that personal information is handled properly and procedures are followed correctly. These aren’t the usual auditing roles you will find in other organisations, as your work will focus on protecting sensitive personal information.
Roles in Audit
Based in Wilmslow our team consists mainly of Audit Officers and Compliance Auditors led by Audit Team Managers, an Audit Group Head and the Head of Regulatory Action.
